Grow! Grow! Grow in your window!
Seedling can be started easily in a sunny window, even in wintertime. Check planting guides for the best time to start them. We recycled washed milk cartons and decorated the outsides with 4.5" X 9" paper we wrapped around and secured with elastic bands. (You could also use tape.) Keep soil moist but not soggy until seedlings emerge, then water as needed. If you keep plastic wrap over the top to speed germination, remember to remove it when green appears. Happy growing!
