Frog and Toad STEM to STEAM

We explored frog and toad adaptations, habitats, food chains and webs, even SLIME through art:

Research at http://wildlifeofct.com.
Bullfrog and American eel found in nearby brook.
Bullfrogs at Buttonwoods Zoo, MA.
Animal defenses trading cards.
Third grade example.
Models made from cardboard tubes and acrylic paint.

Students draw and cut out food for frogs and toads and we
add a pink yarn "tongue" from amphibian to food.

Food Web Lesson Plan here.
